This site is the official website of XANDR, a musical artist who is a minor; it is run on his behalf by his team. It collects as little as possible: there is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. This page explains the one place you can give us information, the contact form, and what happens to it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, reason, optional company and message you type, the page you sent it from, and the time. The form also records that you ticked the consent box. We do not collect anything from visitors who only read the site.
How we use it
Messages are stored in the site's database and emailed to XANDR's team, who reply from their own email. We use your details only to answer your message. We do not sell, rent or share them with anyone else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Young fans
If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before sending a message, or have them send it for you. If we learn we have received a message from a child under 13 without a parent's involvement, we delete it.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Embedded YouTube videos, where present, are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and only once you play them.
Where it is kept
The site and its database run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Messages are kept for up to two years so the team can follow up, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you sent us. Use the contact form and say which message you mean.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date above changes with it.
